• If you choose to purchase your system with cash, the savings from solar typically pay for the upfront cost in about 10 years.
• If you finance your purchase, we have found that in most cases, the monthly loan payment is equal to or less than the monthly savings on your utility bill. Energy savings are offsetting your loan payment. Once your financing agreement is paid off, you should have a significantly reduced electric bill. 
• If you lease or sign a power purchase agreement (PPA), you can go solar with no upfront cost. The lease/PPA owner will maintain and monitor the system. You benefit from savings by receiving clean energy generated by the solar PV system.
